About the Founder

Ndubuisi Esther is a passionate Climate Change Advocate, Development Practitioner, and Youth Empowerment Leader dedicated to driving sustainable solutions across Africa. She is the Founder and Project Director of Greenish World Empire Ltd. and the Founder of Greenish Rural Empowerment and Health Foundation, where she leads innovative programs focused on climate-smart agriculture, youth capacity building, and community development.

With a background in Plant Science and Biotechnology from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, she combines scientific knowledge with practical field experience to promote sustainable farming practices, food security, and climate resilience.

Her work empowers young people, farmers, and rural communities with

the skills and tools needed to thrive in a changing climate. Esther has successfully designed and implemented high-impact projects, including youth training in smart climate agriculture, digital green skills, recycling and circular economy initiatives, and menstrual hygiene advocacy programs. Through her leadership, she has mobilized and trained hundreds of young people, fostering a new generation of environmentally conscious leaders and entrepreneurs. She is also an active member of the Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) and has participated in globally recognized programs from institutions such as Harvard Business School (Aspire Leaders Program), University of Cambridge, and LEAP Africa, strengthening her expertise in leadership, sustainability, and global development.

Her work has received support and recognition from international organizations, including the European Union and the Global Youth Mobilization, reflecting her commitment to impactful, scalable, and community-driven solutions.

Driven by a vision for a greener and more equitable future, Esther continues to champion innovative approaches that bridge climate action, youth empowerment, gender equality, and sustainable development.
